Greg Todavich has led Charps as President since 2012, bringing more than 35 years of industry experience to every decision and direction. He’s guided the company through years of growth with a steady belief: if you build safely, execute cleanly, and treat people right, success follows. That mindset has shaped Charps into the trusted contractor it is today.

Joe Van Vynckt is the CEO of Charps, leading the company since 2017, and CEO of PipeSense since its formation in 2023. With over 15 years of management experience as a CPA, CFO, and CEO, he brings strategic leadership and financial expertise to the energy sector. His extensive background in executive management drives innovation and operational excellence across both companies.

Anthony Petersen leads with one goal: keep complex projects moving forward. With over a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience, including six years as a Project Manager and four as a Senior PM at Charps, he’s built a reputation for turning pressure into performance. Anthony trained at Dunwoody College of Technology and North Dakota State University.

With nearly 15 years in the field and a deep background in project management, Josh Bailey keeps projects running smoothly through clear communication and smart sequencing. After five years overseeing complex, high-stakes scopes for Charps, he ensures every project hits the mark for safety, schedule and stakeholder satisfaction across the Eastern Division.
