At Charps, people aren’t just our greatest asset — they’re the reason we exist. That goes for our crews and our clients. We don’t just care about pipelines. We care about the people who build them, operate them, live near them and rely on them. Whether it’s a superintendent who’s been with us since day one or a client rep walking the ROW with us in the rain, we treat everyone like part of the team. Because when you respect the people around you (and the job in front of you), your work speaks for itself.
At Charps, expertise isn’t just handed down — it’s passed shoulder to shoulder. Our crews train each other, challenge each other, and bring out the best in each other because they’ve been in the trenches together for years. That kind of chemistry can’t be outsourced or manufactured — it’s earned over thousands of tie-ins, digs, and day-one startups.
We don’t lead from swivel chairs. We lead from the ground, where real decisions get made and real respect gets earned.

At Charps, values aren’t wall art — they’re how we show up. Commitment, ownership and respect (C.O.R.) guide every job we take, every call we make and every hand we shake.
We’re looking for grit, pride and people who love solving problems side by side. From field to office, if you bring your full self to the job — we’ll meet you there.
From union hands to PMs, we grow by growing together. You’ll learn from veterans, teach the next person up, and get better every day — not because you have to, but because it’s who you are.
We’re looking for people who do the same. The kind who take pride in their work, show up prepared, and stick around until the job’s done right.
